Some providers claim the fact that their proprietary product cannot be found at local stores is a benefit. We respectfully disagree.

By forcing you to order all product through them, they not only tie you to them, but also limit your choices to only their selections.

That might seem great until you find something you really like and then have to jump through hoops to get it again.

Locally sourcing your event products means they are easily available to you beyond just our time together. We want you excited about something new and able to easily enjoy it again, not frustrated by obstacles to revisit your new discovery.

We're confident you'll want to work with us again because of the experience not because we forced you to!

Independent means
the world is your (and our) oyster

​We are completely independent and do not directly represent any distributor, store, winery, distillery, food producer or anyone or anything else other than ourselves.

So what - you say? That means that we can select any product out there in the market that works best for your tasting and not just whatever we happen to have in inventory. Your tasting - your place!

We don't sell means
no sales pitch - no pressure

Once again, we are independent - not selling or incentivized to sell anyone's product.

That means that at the end of our time together, we will not ask how many bottles or cases you would like to order, where you would like to have them delivered, how you would like to pay for them or anything else that transfers product from us to you or additional money from you to us.

We will simply thank you and leave you to enjoy whatever product is left with your guests.

Not a bad way to end - right?
